Terms and Conditions

All services provided by MoneyTreesMedia (“Photographer”) require full payment prior to the scheduled shoot.
Payments must be made exclusively through the official MoneyTreesMedia website or approved payment platforms.
No booking is considered confirmed until payment is received in full. Failure to submit payment may result in automatic cancellation without notice.
Payments are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in writing by MoneyTreesMedia.

Clients may request a reschedule without penalty provided written notice is given no less than ninety-six (96) hours prior to the scheduled start time.
Reschedule requests made fewer than 96 hours in advance are subject to denial or additional fees at the sole discretion of MoneyTreesMedia.
No-shows automatically forfeit 100% of all payments made, regardless of reason.
Late arrivals will not incur a late fee; however, the session will end at the originally scheduled time with no extension or compensation.
For lifestyle or outdoor shoots impacted by inclement weather, MoneyTreesMedia may approve a reschedule. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances for weather-related issues.
MoneyTreesMedia reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a shoot due to illness, emergencies, unsafe conditions, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. In such cases, liability is limited to rescheduling or refunding the amount paid.

MoneyTreesMedia does not provide or release RAW, unedited, or source files unless explicitly agreed to in writing.
Standard turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees:
- Photography: 2–3 business days
- Videography: 6–7 business days
Turnaround times may be extended due to high workload, unforeseen circumstances, or events beyond the Photographer’s control.
Rush delivery may be offered at the sole discretion of MoneyTreesMedia and is subject to additional fees based on requested deadlines.

Editing style, color grading, and overall creative direction are determined solely by MoneyTreesMedia.
Re-edits are not included unless expressly stated in the selected package.
Each package includes a maximum number of revisions, as outlined at the time of booking.
Requests exceeding the included revisions may be declined or approved with additional fees at the sole discretion of MoneyTreesMedia.
Revision requests must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe after delivery; otherwise, files may be considered final.

MoneyTreesMedia retains full copyright and intellectual property ownership of all images and video content created.
Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Commercial use, resale, licensing, or transfer of content is strictly prohibited without written authorization and additional licensing fees.
By booking, clients grant MoneyTreesMedia irrevocable permission to use all produced content for professional purposes, including but not limited to portfolios, websites, social media, advertising, and promotional materials.

A maximum of three (3) guests is permitted per shoot unless otherwise approved in writing.
Clients assume full responsibility for the behavior and actions of their guests.
Any damage to equipment, property, or facilities caused by the client or their guests due to negligence or misconduct will result in financial liability for repair or replacement, payable upon demand.
MoneyTreesMedia reserves the right to terminate a shoot immediately if unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior occurs, with no refund issued.

Late arrival by the client will result in reduced shoot time.
Overtime is not guaranteed and is subject to Photographer availability.
If overtime is approved, it will be billed based on the Photographer’s standard hourly rate, calculated per minute and charged for the total time exceeded.
Failure to pay overtime fees may result in delayed delivery of final content.

MoneyTreesMedia includes complimentary travel within a 20-mile radius of the Photographer’s base location.
Travel beyond 20 miles is subject to a fee of $0.70 per mile (round trip).
Clients are responsible for any location permits, parking fees, or access permissions required for the shoot.

MoneyTreesMedia shall not be liable for circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, equipment failure, venue restrictions, weather conditions, or third-party interference.
Liability for any claim shall be limited to the amount paid for the services rendered.
MoneyTreesMedia is not responsible for missed shots or unsatisfactory results due to client cooperation, tardiness, or environmental conditions.

By booking services with MoneyTreesMedia, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement and may be updated at any time without prior notice.
